G1412C是一款GPon和EPon双模自适应光端机，高度集成了双频Wi-Fi 5 AC1200。它通过GEPon上行技术，支持超带宽接入，为用户提供基本的WiFi功能、路由功能和千兆以太网功能。G1412C 的上行网络端口为 GEPon 端口。它有 4 个 GE RJ45 端口、1 个 USB 端口、1 个 VoIP 端口和 WiFi 5 WLAN 端口。它具有 CATV 接口，可提供客户端电视接入。
